Onya bear! I wish I could be there. I lift some holy brew as a salute to you and yours, and if you are ever down this way, I'll throw a steak or three on the barbie.

Oh man, bear, I can just imagine what a riot that must've been! Our Thanksgiving was wonderful, and I hope everyone else's was the same. There are 10 kinds of people in the world- those who understand binary and those who don't~ seen on a t-shirt I consider that glasses are neither half-filled nor half-empty. They are merely improperly sized to the requirement~ Cavebear |

A happy belated - still eating the leftovers or were there any?
Question, I heard it told that retail sales on the day after Thanksgiving in the US are greater than that of Boxing Day. Is this remotely true? Is it that big of a holiday? Here we barely notice TG. Scott ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Ces gens, Jondalar, ils sourient. Ils me sourient. - Ayla |

Its the kickoff for Christmas. It IS the biggest retail day of the year. Not many leftovers. One of the little cousins got a deer during the yearly squirrel hunt, he had some extra to take home. But We had BBQ sandwiches last night, and that pretty well ended it. It was great, da cuz saw the deer, replaced the shell and got a perfect shot off on a 7 inch spike. Next week I am gonna thin the flock of Canadians in the pond, ( about 30-40), watch out Scott.!!!! If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice. |

Awesome. I bought absolutely nothing last friday. I love participating in events that I don't know that I am participating in! Mind you most days are a BND for me. Scott ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Ces gens, Jondalar, ils sourient. Ils me sourient. - Ayla |
