cavebear: Drink beer! Or wine. It's always safer.
Indeed! I heard on CNN last week that the original Pilgrims on the Mayflower did not land at Plymouth Rock by choice. In fact, they were slated to go much further south but ran out of beer, the only potable liquid on board, and thus were forced to make an early landing! W.C. Fields: I never drink water. I'm afraid it will become habit-forming. I never drink water; that is the stuff that rusts pipes. I never drink water because of the disgusting things that fish do in it. (I believe that last quote has been sanitized for public consumption.) To dare is to lose one’s footing momentarily; not to dare is to lose oneself. - Soren Kierkegaard

Thanks a lot, mate. Much appreciated. It's more than forty years since I last sang that! Ted Do not go gentle into that good night...Rage, rage against the dying of the light Benjamin Disraeli: "The Jews are a nervous people. Nineteen centuries of Christian love have taken a toll." |

LOL cavebear. I have used dihydrogen monoxide on tests in the past and students seem completely perplexed! Almost as bad as K9P. Scott ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Ces gens, Jondalar, ils sourient. Ils me sourient. - Ayla |

I used to leave a glass of tap water by my bed to drink throughout the night, but I wouldn't always remember to remove it the next morning. If I got the wrong glass the next, or even worse, many nights later, it always was disgusting. The closest I could come to describing it was water that had had a pepperoni floating in it. That was city clorinated water (we actually lived at one of the reservoirs; my dad worked for the city). Now that I have a well, I don't get the "stale" taste of old water, but the water often tastes muddy (and yes, we've had plenty of frogs and such in the well, icky!). The only way I can drink it is ice cold, or in coffee/tea/cocoa. Mostly Harmless A Knock on the Duir "If ye don't be belaving innything what fun are ye going to get out av life?" I still do that, but don't drink the water - it tastes stale because the negative energy surrounding you while you slept was absorbed by the water. I use a Brita filter for my drinking water and replace the filter regularly. Scott ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Ces gens, Jondalar, ils sourient. Ils me sourient. - Ayla |

(The Scott) it tastes stale because the negative energy surrounding you while you slept was absorbed by the water. You had me worried there for a minute, till I saw the smiley! You can have it both ways, with positive and negative energy doing good things, if you pay up front for the red and green versions of the Cosmic Energy Transformer (CET) From: www.alivewater.net/PDF/CACETFlyer011101.pdf
quote: The Red Cosmic Energy Transformer (CET) The red color symbolizes energy. It is neutralizing and re-distributing all the present energies. The Cosmic Energy Transformer is overriding all types of negative energies mentioned in this flyer. It consists of a self-recharging element, which is pre-charged with the Cosmic Energy. This energy is positive (+). It transmits energy upward and outwards in all directions in layers of 6 centimeters, about 2,3 inches, and within a diameter of at least 40 meters (131 feet). In between these layers, similar layers of minus energy (-) is naturally occurring. In this way it produces layers of energy fields upward plus/minus, plus/minus and so forth. The Red is to be placed on the floor somewhere in the residence, where it can stand permanently, secured from dogs, cats, since it is not to be moved. The effect goes through walls and concrete floors. The Green Cosmic Energy Transformer (CET) The green color stands for healing. It is charged in much the same way, but it transmits (+) positive energy downward in a radius of minimum 20 meters. It therefore has to be placed above your head level, for instance on a bookshelf or a cupboard. It works independently of the other device and covers the same size area. Place it minimum a foot above your head when standing. The green Cosmic Energy Transformer's purpose is to neutralize the negative charge you already have got in the past being exposed to minus energies from geophatic stress, electromagnetic fields, electric installations, transformers, power lines, fluorescent lights in the room you are in or actually also from rooms beneath your feet.

This is a modern affectation. I suspect that our ancestors not so very far back bathed once a month whether they needed it or not. Or not. Well, the Romans were into frequent bathing, as well as the author of Leviticus. And probably some other ancient cultures. Cohen's Law: 'Unless you fail at more than 10% of the things you try, you aren't trying enough things.' |

(Scott) it tastes stale because the negative energy surrounding you while you slept was absorbed by the water. Oooh, I like that explanation, brother dear! I think I'll have to go back to leaving glasses of water by my bed to soak up all the negativity... I'm sure that's been what's been screwing up everything these past few years: no medium to take away the negativity!
