On Julien Riel-Salvatore's blog A Very Remote Period Indeed, there is a nice little post about the upcoming Neanderthal Code TV program. It features John Hawks! Also one of my favorite people, obviously. He's in the National Geographic program. His, and Julien Riel-Salvatore's remarks are worth reading.
